As a result, we’ve included a list of frequently asked questions along with answers in order to provide additional support. WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are located on the waterfront in Campbellton, New Brunswick near the wharf. Just a few minutes walk from Sam the Salmon!
BATHURST, NB - 1 hour
Take Highway 11 North towards Campbellton.
Exit 412.
Follow Lily Lake Road to Ramsay Street.
Turn Left.
NEW RICHMOND, QC - 1 hour
Take Highway 132 Ouest towards Pointe-a-la-Croix.
Turn left onto Boulevard Interprovincial.
Continue onto Van Horne Bridge.
Turn left onto Water Street.
WHAT HOURS AND DAYS ARE YOU OPEN?
We are open EVERY DAY from 12 pm to 8 pm!
Sometimes we'll be open longer if there are a high number of clients. Typically 8 pm is when things start to slow down.
On occasion, we will be closed due to weather. Our ice cream doesn't like rainy days! On the flip side, we do not have air conditioning so we will also close when there are extreme heat warnings. Health before anything else!
WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept cash, debit, and credit cards.

WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU SELL?
Ice cream, obviously! But let's go beyond that.

Ice cream comes in many forms! Waffle cones, regular cones, sundaes, and even a nacho!
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS PEANUT/NUT FREE? WHAT ABOUT DAIRY?
We cannot guarantee that anything will be peanut/nut free.
While many of our ice creams are peanut/nut free, we cannot control cross-contamination in the shop or at the factory.
Please purchase at your own risk.
As for our Lactose Intolerant consumers, you're in luck!
Lactose-free flavours come in Chocolate & Vanilla.
This is not a *dairy free* option.
WHICH DAYS/EVENTS DO YOU CELEBRATE?
Canada Day is our first celebration of the year! We typically have items to be handed out, for free, on the same day as the fireworks. We also have a Canada Day special sundae for the week - strawberry ice cream, vanilla ice cream, cherries, whipped cream, and red sprinkles!
We're still looking into ways to celebrate Acadian Day & Pow Wow weekend.

DO YOU HAVE FIRST-AID KITS/BAND-AIDS?
We carry band-aids for those pesky scrapped knees - for free!
We are currently looking into getting a full first-aid kit.
DO YOU WORK WITH ANY OTHER SMALL BUSINESSES?
Yes!
We're looking for more businesses that need an extra boost in advertising or would like to collaborate with us.
